Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing is looking for a self-motivated HVAC Service Manager with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Team. The HVAC Service Manager reports directly to the GM and is primarily responsible to supervise all Service Technicians.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Supervise all HVAC Service coordination and execution
- Hire, train, and lead HVAC Service team members
- Cultivate a dynamic, ethical, and quality culture that is hyper focused on delivering value to customers
- Facilitates quality/field safety inspections.
- Coordinate service of HVAC systems to maximize quality and drive revenue performance
- Provide consistent and accurate feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to technicians.
- Partner with install, dispatch, warehouse, and other necessary departments to ensure timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Create technician work schedule
- Review and approve department payroll
- Follow up and resolve escalated customer disputes/complaints, ensuring an effective and long-term resolution.
- Hold team accountable to company policies and procedures; communicate clear goals and expectations to technicians.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- At least 5 years of Residential HVAC experience, 2 years minimum managing an HVAC team
- Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.
- Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment.
- Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data for trends, devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions that impact outcomes
- Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
- Proven ability to gain the buy-in of teams to company values, safety procedures, and overall policies
- Must be familiar with using technology systems in an office environment (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to train proper technical diagnostic techniques on all equipment from basic to high efficiency inverter systems.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors in any weather conditions.
- Must have valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Acceptable criminal background check
Compensation Range: $90,000- $110,000 annually
