Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Parts Runner to support our field technicians by ensuring timely delivery of tools, equipment, and parts to job sites and between our warehouse and vendors. This position is essential to maintaining smooth operations and minimizing technician downtime in the field.

What You Will Do:
- Pick up and deliver HVAC, electrical, and plumbing parts, tools, and equipment to technicians and job sites throughout the Triad area.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch, warehouse, and field techs to coordinate delivery schedules.
- Assist warehouse staff with inventory tracking, restocking, and organizing parts as needed.
- Perform vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance of delivery vehicles.
- Help load and unload materials while ensuring all items are secured properly.
- Occasionally assist on job sites with basic labor or tool transport, under technician supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and receipts.
What You Will Need:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check in accordance with local and state law
- Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing tools and materials is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a professional attitude.
