We are seeking a skilled and licensed RESIDENTIAL plumber for our plumbing dept. The ideal candidate will hold a valid plumbing license and be skilled in residential installations, repairs, and service calls while ensuring all work is completed to code and safety standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including tiolet replacements, faucets replacements, warter heater replacements, soldering, water supply lines, waste lines, fixtures, appliances and common plumbing repairs.

• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential.

• Interpret and work from blueprints, plans, and specifications.

• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems such as leaks, clogs, or faulty fixtures.

• Perform pressure tests and inspections as required by code and for quality control.

• Supervise or mentor apprentices or helpers as needed.

• Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites.

• Complete job documentation accurately and on time.

• Interact professionally with homeowners, contractors, inspectors, and team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Must hold a NC P1 License for the business.
• 2-5 years of Residential Plumbing experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR

• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and good communication skills

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions
