What you will do:
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant informAation, as necessary.
- Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency.
- Monitor field technicians to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time.
- Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines.
- Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information, as necessary.
What you bring:
- Previous customer service experience.
- 1 year dispatching experience preferred.
- Strong attention to details.
- Conscientious, team player.
- Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude.
- Clear background check and drug screen.
Schedule:
Full-time in Office, 9 AM - 6 PM Monday – Friday
Pay:
$18-$20/hr
