Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years in an operational or sales management role in the same or similar industry ORat least 7+ years’ experience in a lead technician role, looking to get into management and excel their skillset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Solution oriented and the ability to act in real time on issues or obstacles.
- Ability to hold team members accountable to KPIs and drive KPI data to make improvements within the department and business.
- Strong ability to train and coach others, effectively and efficiently.
- Great attitude, high energy, and great communication skills to inspire, motivate, create excitement, and mentor team members.
- Strong computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
