Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing Generators is hiring a Warehouse Manager to perform a variety of administrative, reporting, clerical, warehouse and fleet tasks. We are looking for a self-motivated person with a great attitude to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Organizational Skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage daily warehouse operations efficiently
Inventory Management
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely material preparation for installation and service teams
Safety & Cleanliness
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
Compliance & Standards
- Knowledge of company policies and ability to enforce compliance across warehouse activities
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift in excess of 50lbs if needed.
- Able to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, jeg-lift, and other warehouse equipment
- Must be able to provide premier customer service to internal/external customers including vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to details skills and ability to take initiative
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- OSHA 10 preferred, but can be trained
- EPA Universal Certification Preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical is a plus
- Knowledge of DMV policy and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Excel.
- Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
- Physical dexterity
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Pay Range: $50-60k annual ($24.50-$29.50/hr)
