What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and components.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on standby home generators (e.g., Generac, Honeywell, Briggs & Stratton, etc.).
• Install, commission, and service home backup generators, transfer switches, and associated wiring.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions.
• Provide clear communication and education to homeowners on electrical and generator solutions.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet customer expectations and department goals.
• Ensure all work is completed to code and company standards.

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 21 or older
• Minimum of one year of residential electrical experience
• Preferred: Experience with residential standby generators, including installation, diagnostics, or manufacturer-certified training
• Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
