What You Will DO
- Diagnose, service, and repair complex residential HVAC systems
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on airflow, electrical, refrigeration, and control issues
- Execute emergency and same‑day repairs efficiently and professionally
- Ensure all work meets OEM specifications, safety standards, and local codes
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system condition, repair options, and long‑term solutions
- Identify and recommend system upgrades, repairs, or replacements based on customer needs
- Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and outcomes in ServiceTitan
- Serve as a trusted expert representing Blaze’s standards, values, and commitment to excellence
What You NEED to Succeed
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (senior‑level diagnostics required)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems independently
- Customer‑facing service and sales confidence
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
- EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and pride in craftsmanship
- Physical ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle HVAC equipment
