What you will do:
- Assist HVAC technicians in installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Help with the maintenance and repair of existing HVAC systems.
- Carry and move equipment and tools to and from job sites.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide support to HVAC technicians as needed during installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Assist with paperwork and documentation related to HVAC projects.
What you need:
- Must be 21 or older
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- At least two (2) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
- Physical dexterity
