HVAC Install - Field Supervisor

Full‑Time • In‑Person
Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

What You Will Do

• Oversee and support daily residential HVAC installation operations
• Supervise install teams on‑site and ensure work is performed to code and company standards
• Match equipment properly for each install
• Plan install jobs, including verifying materials, tools, and manpower needed
• Conduct install pre‑checks and job walks to reduce callbacks and ensure readiness
• Measure ductwork and support layout decisions for efficient, high‑quality installs
• Troubleshoot install and start‑up issues in real time
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock management for install vehicles and warehouse needs
• Partner closely with dispatch, service, warehouse, and management to ensure smooth job flow
• Provide coaching, support, and professional development to install technicians
• Follow up and resolve any escalated install‑related customer concerns
• Monitor install trends to reduce callbacks and improve install quality
• Uphold Blaze’s core values and help maintain a positive team culture
• Maintain professionalism, a clean work appearance, and adaptability in all work environments
• Occasional local and overnight travel as required

What You Need

Required:

• Minimum 3+ years residential HVAC install experience (more strongly preferred)
• Prior Install Lead or supervisory experience
• Strong ability to:
  • Match HVAC equipment correctly
  • Supervise install crews
  • Plan and coordinate install jobs
  • Measure ductwork accurately
  • Conduct install pre‑checks/job walks
  • Manage inventory and stock levels
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift/move 100+ pounds multiple times weekly
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with Trane or Ruud equipment
• Forklift certification
