Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Plumbing Installation department to ensure timely and precise installation following company standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analyze plumbing work orders, adhere to daily travel schedules, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and proactively address problems.
- Maintain a full stock inventory for each job.
- Document Plumbing work performed following company procedures.
- Guide and share knowledge with assistants or apprentices.
- Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
- Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Two (2) years of Residential Plumbing installation experience and knowledge
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Successful completion of a drug screen, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and background check.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
- Physical dexterity.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
