Blaze Heating, Cooling, Electrical, Plumbing is looking to hire the best Customer Service Representatives in the area. If you want to trade doubt for direction and find a place to focus on your career, come join our top tier team! This position will be M-F 11 AM - 8 PM with Rotating Weekends.

What you will do:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Communicating effectively and empathetically to understand customers' needs and concerns.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and offerings.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes and updates to products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Recording customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Striving to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of customer information and data in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Schedule:
